Ecom Panda LLC understands that circumstances may change, and clients may need to cancel their projects. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are permitted, the process for requesting a cancellation, and other important information related to cancellations.

Eligibility for Cancellations

1. Project Cancellations:

● Clients may cancel their projects within 7 days of the project start date. The project start date is defined as the date on which the initial payment is made and the project agreement is signed.
● Cancellations requested within this 7-day period may be eligible for a full refund, provided that no substantial work has been completed.
● If substantial work has been completed within the initial 7 days, a prorated refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

2. Beyond the 7-Day Period:

Cancellations requested after the initial 7-day period will be subject to a prorated charge based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
● Clients will be responsible for paying for any work completed beyond the initial 7 days.

Process for Requesting a Cancellation

2. Evaluation and Approval:

3. Processing Cancellations:

If your cancellation request is approved, we will process the cancellation and any applicable refunds within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Exclusions and Limitations

1. Completed Services:

Cancellations will not be granted for services that have been completed and delivered to the client’s satisfaction.

2. Third-Party Services:

Any third-party services, tools, or software purchased as part of the project are subject to the respective third-party provider’s cancellation policies and are not covered by Ecom Panda LLC’s cancellation policy.
