Project Agreement

• Once you engage our services, we will work with you to define the scope of the project, deliverables, pricing and timelines. This will be documented in a project agreement.
• The project agreement will outline the specific services to be provided, the estimated timeline for completion, and any milestones or key deliverables.

Communication and Updates

• Throughout the project, we will maintain regular communication with you to provide updates on the progress of the work.
• You will be assigned a project manager who will be your primary point of contact for any questions or concerns.

Electronic Delivery

• All services are delivered electronically. This includes design files, code, documentation, and other project-related materials.
• We strive to adhere to the agreed-upon timelines; however, please note that certain factors, such as the complexity of the project, client response times, and any changes to the project scope, may impact the delivery schedule.

Estimated Timelines

• The estimated timeline for project completion will be outlined in the project agreement.
• Refunds will not be granted for services that have been completed to the agreed-upon specifications.

Milestones

• For larger projects, we may establish milestones to break down the work into manageable phases. Each milestone will have specific deliverables and a completion timeline.
• Progress updates will be provided at each milestone, allowing for review and feedback before proceeding to the next phase.

Timely Responses

• Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and responses to any queries or requests for information from our team. Delays in communication may impact the project timeline.

Clear Requirements

• Clients must provide clear and detailed requirements for the project, including any specific customization needs or preferences. This ensures that the delivered services meet your expectations.

Final Deliverables

• Upon completion of the project, we will provide the final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement.
• You will have the opportunity to review the deliverables and request any necessary revisions or adjustments.

Acceptance

• Once you have reviewed and accepted the final deliverables, the project will be considered complete.
• Any additional work or changes requested after the project completion may be subject to additional charges.
